TAPIOCA STARCH

Tapioca is a starch extracted from cassava root, species native to the northeast region of Brazil. It is a staple food for millions of people in tropical countries, it is devoid of nutrition and low in food energy. In developed countries, it is used as a thickening agent in various manufactured foods. Tapioca resin is a viable plastic substitute. It can be composted, is renewable, reusable, recyclable and sustainable.

Shelf life: 12 months as of the manufacturing date.

Storage: in a ventilated room in the original packing at a temperature below 25°С and relative air humidity below 75%.
